Cut the mid week blues with lunch at Cork!
Soup: Roasted red pepper and leek
Grilled cheese: Aged cheddar, bacon, Parmesan cheese and Granny Smith Apple
Curry: Thai shrimp, with carrots and onions served with naan and rice
Fish: Seared sea scallops served on a mixture of greens along with, goats cheese, tropical fruit salsa and candied pistachios all tossed in a house made pineapple vinaigrette.
