<p>Cut the mid week blues with lunch at Cork!</p><p>Soup: Roasted red pepper and leek</p><p>Grilled cheese: Aged cheddar, bacon, Parmesan cheese and Granny Smith Apple </p><p>Curry: Thai shrimp, with carrots and onions served with naan and rice</p><p>Fish: Seared sea scallops served on a mixture of greens along with, goats cheese, tropical fruit salsa and candied pistachios all tossed in a house made pineapple vinaigrette.  </p> photo
